Hawzah News Agency- Ahmad ibn Ali ibn Ibrahim narrated that his father narrated from his father Ibrahim ibn Hashim, from Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari, from Imam Sadiq (pbuh) said:
تَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ وَأَخْذُ الشَّارِبِ مِنْ جُمُعَةٍ إِلَى جُمُعَةٍ أَمَانٌ مِنَ الْجُذَامِ.
Trimming the nails and trimming the mustache from one Friday to the next is a safeguard against leprosy.
